Job Description

About the Firm:

Since 1990 Bridge Partners has provided quality homes to tenants and attractive returns to its investors. Bridge Partners is a real estate private equity firm with a 30+ year history of applying an entrepreneurial approach to identify unique business plans and make compelling multifamily investments. Bridge Partners has successfully executed those plans across various disciplines and multifamily product types: from highly distressed older properties to newly constructed Class A communities, from performing to non-performing debt, and from controlling partnership interests to fee simple interests in conventional multifamily, student, and affordable housing.

Bridge Partners’ current portfolio consists of 7,000 units in 11 states valued over $1.5B. In the last decade, Bridge Partners has made 47 acquisitions valued at over $1.3B and sold 27 assets valued over $500M.

Bridge coinvests with its investors and raises discretionary capital under a fund format from high-net worth individuals, wealth advisors and institutional partners. Since 2015, Bridge Partners has raised $300M in equity and grown its investor base to over 200 investors.

Bridge seeks a motivated, analytically oriented candidate to join its acquisitions team as an analyst. The individual will have the opportunity to join a small and experienced team where they will gain exposure and hands-on experience to all aspects of multifamily real estate investing. Brad Harrington and Luca Mangini joined Bridge Partners in 2007 and since 2022 have led the acquisitions team as co-CIOs. Since Steven Yu joined in 2015, the team has worked closely together to develop new investment strategies, source unique investments, and develop a fund investment business. The team has built a culture based on mutual respect, encouraging diverse viewpoints from each team member and a high level of responsibility.

Bridge Partners is located in Walnut Creek, CA.

Depending on the individual’s strengths and growth, the analyst would have a path to a larger role within the organization.
