What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a fast food or fast casual environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team-building and employee retention.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for delivering efficient operations and a great guest experience.
• Experience in training and motivating teams to meet speed-of-service and quality standards.
